Who runs this site

idlery.com is operated by Idlery Services LLC (“Idlery”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@idlery.com.

This policy applies only to idlery.com. Idlery products, simulations and other sites, including those at products.idlery.com, simulations.idlery.com, portfolio.idlery.com, corecredit.idlery.com, elemora.idlery.com and karnwold.com, have their own privacy policies where they need them, and those policies govern those products and sites. The legal page links to the ones published today.

What this site collects

Nothing that you type in. idlery.com is a set of static pages: it has no forms, no search box, no comments, no accounts and no newsletter sign-up, and it does not ask for your name, email address or anything else.

The site’s one script only runs the menu, the background video controls and the moving project reel on this device. It does not send information anywhere and does not store anything in your browser.

Technical information and server logs

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. To deliver a page, your browser necessarily sends certain technical information with each request, such as your IP address, the address of the page requested, the time, your browser’s user agent string, and the referring page if your browser provides one.

Netlify processes this information to serve the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems, and may keep it in server logs for a limited time under its own privacy policy. We do not add analytics on top of it, and we do not use it to identify, profile or follow visitors.

Cookies and similar technologies

idlery.com does not set cookies and does not use local storage, session storage, pixels, fingerprinting or any similar technology to recognize you. Fonts, images and video are served from idlery.com itself, so visiting the site does not contact font services, video platforms or social networks.

Analytics and advertising

There is none. The site contains no analytics tools, advertising, social media widgets or embedded content from other companies.

Links to other sites

The site links to other places, including our product sites, the App Store and other Idlery sites. When you follow a link you leave idlery.com, and the site you arrive at handles information under its own policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites run by others.

When you email us

If you write to support@idlery.com, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use it to answer you and to follow up on what you raised, such as fixing a problem you reported. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation and for our records, and delete it sooner if you ask, unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.

Children

This site is a general audience website and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask what correspondence we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@idlery.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law; we will respond to requests in line with the law that applies.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, and it uses a strict content security policy that stops it from loading code or content from anywhere else. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but because the site collects so little, there is very little to protect.

Changes to this policy

If what the site does changes, for example if it ever adds a form, we will update this policy before the change goes live and change the effective date at the top of the page.
